At NÜKA SOAPS, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact us at support@nukasoaps.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
